Booking deposit of 20%, payable on booking apartment, balance payable 6 weeks before start of rental. Full balance payable for bookings made less than 6 weeks before start of holiday.

Refundable breakages and key deposit £100. This is repayable within 2 weeks provided that no breakages or losses have occured.

Local cleaning charge of 60 euros, payable at end of stay. Extra cleaning available by arrangement.
