Welcome to our  site about our two bedroom garden apartment on this prestigious development in Roda, near Los Alcazares on the Mar Menor on the Costa Callida in Southern Spain.

Roda Golf and Beach Resort is a gated community, which is nearing completion. It has a superb 18 hole, par 72 golf course, designed by Dave Thomas and holiday makers to our apartment will benefit from a  discount on green fees. The Golf course is managed De Vere hotels and now houses  the first PGA golf acadamy outside the UK, with up to the minute training facilities.

 This is a really lovely resort and area in which to holiday, all year long. The resorts, along the Mar Menor, have been recognised as providing year round holiday conditions with good temperatures and low rainfall. Golfing opportunities are varied with a number of first class golf courses all within a short drive away. There are lots of other facilites for families, including new  water and animal parks just south of Alicante which will rival European wide facilites.
